  • Shipping rates are displayed at the checkout before finalizing your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We partner with reputable carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. The carrier we use is changing as we are continuously improving business.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3-5 Business days from order placed.

  • Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may be influenced by factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • 5.2 P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses using appropriate carriers.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or other reasons, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

7. Lost or Damaged Items:

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. However, please contact us at customerservice@thegraveyardgreens.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
