Return/Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • All items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. [Ex. Wrong product, damaged product, etc.]

3. Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Follow the instructions provided by our customer service for shipping the item back to us.

4. Return Shipping:

  • A shipping label will be provided to you after receipt of the inquiry

5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refund Eligibility:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Late or Missing Items:

  • If you haven't received a refund within a reasonable period, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
